1. Chốt kết quả và viết kịch bản trước
Chọn một hành động người xem có thể làm sau video, ví dụ cài một skill và kiểm tra đủ tệp. Với tutorial, runbook gợi ý khung 90–120 giây; điều chỉnh theo lượng kiến thức và thời lượng lời thoại đo được.

Runbook dùng src/timeline.ts làm nguồn thời gian, đồng bộ hình ảnh và captions theo lời thoại. Thay đổi lời thoại cần cập nhật cue liên quan. Không tự rút ngắn cảnh đến mức câu nói bị cắt hoặc người xem không kịp đọc lệnh.
Lần đầu nên dùng ít cảnh và tư liệu thật. Mascot là phần tùy chọn, không phải điều kiện để tạo được video hữu ích.
3. Xem thử trước khi render đầy đủ
- Đọc kịch bản thành tiếng và đo thời lượng.
- Xem các frame đại diện để kiểm tra chữ, captions và vùng hiển thị.
- Render bản thử nhẹ để đánh giá nhịp, khoảng nghỉ và âm thanh.
- Chỉ chuyển sang render đầy đủ sau khi cấu trúc và nội dung đã ổn.
Chọn lệnh theo project và hướng dẫn đi kèm. Không chạy scripts tải về hay tự cài thêm runtime, dịch vụ TTS nếu chưa kiểm tra yêu cầu.
4. Kiểm tra video đầu ra
Runbook đề xuất render theo đoạn cho cảnh nặng và kiểm tra freeze-frame, contact sheet, số frame, thời lượng, loudness. Các mức mục tiêu như −14 LUFS và true peak ≤ −1 dBTP là tiêu chí QA của runbook; báo số đo thực tế thay vì khẳng định đạt khi chưa đo.
- Lệnh và đường dẫn trên màn hình khớp với dự án thật.
- Chữ đọc được, captions không che thao tác chính, âm thanh không cắt câu.
- Bản dựng lại được ghi nhãn; TTS và assets tạo bằng AI được ghi nguồn trung thực.

1. Define the outcome and script first
Choose one action a viewer should be able to perform afterward, such as installing a skill and checking its file inventory. The runbook suggests 90–120 seconds for tutorials; adjust to the material and measured voiceover length.

The runbook uses src/timeline.ts as its timing source, synchronizing visuals and captions with voiceover. Voice changes must update related cues. Do not shorten scenes until speech is clipped or commands become unreadable.
For a first attempt, use a few scenes and real source material. A mascot is optional, not a requirement for a useful video.
3. Preview before a full render
- Read the script aloud and measure its duration.
- Inspect representative frames for readable text, captions and safe placement.
- Render a lightweight draft to review pacing, pauses and sound.
- Move to a full render once structure and content are stable.
Choose commands from the project and bundled guidance. Review requirements before running downloaded scripts or adding runtimes and TTS services.
4. Verify the exported video
The runbook recommends segmented rendering for heavy scenes, frozen-frame scans, contact sheets and checks for frame count, duration and loudness. Targets such as −14 LUFS and true peak ≤ −1 dBTP are its QA criteria; report measured results rather than claiming compliance without measurements.
- Displayed commands and paths match the real project.
- Text is readable, captions do not cover key actions and speech is not cut off.
- Reconstructed footage, TTS and generated assets are labeled honestly.
- The handoff identifies draft material and checks not performed.
